Norm Ullemeyer

Norm Ullemeyer is the Director of Asset Management Solutions, a division of Argus Investment Realty. With over twenty-five years of experience, managing local and institutional owners of shopping centers, high-rise and low-rise office, industrial parks, and multifamily.

Norm oversees all aspects of Asset Management including accounting, property management, construction management, and tenant coordination. In addition, Norm oversees and directs the six project engineers who assist in the management of over 2 million square feet.
